La Storia – Leaving marks that make memories
A limited series of only 20 residences, La Storia, is a thoughtful, considered residential building designed to pay homage to both Carlton and Italy. A commitment to the idea that the future is nothing without the past, that one’s history is a story to be told, to be embraced and shared, connecting us to the future so the next generation can write and tell their own story.

Kathmandu Global rebrand – We’re Out There
Kathmandu relaunched its brand platform and positioning with a campaign called ‘We’re Out There’, created by Special Group in its first work for the B-Corp.
The platform launches with an integrated advertising campaign and a refreshed brand identity. Part of the new positioning includes Kathmandu’s new purpose to improve wellbeing through the outdoors.

Krneta – A New Standard
Krneta began in 2015 to update and improve an industry that has for so long seen the business of compliance and certification as a hindrance rather than the benefit it provides. Endeavouring to change this perception and forge a stronger sense of community, Krneta sees its position as one of great responsibility; a way to build projects that adhere to certification and standards but also to push a sometimes-reluctant industry forward and into one of innovation and respect.
